Terms governing your use of the FollowTo platform. Last updated: March 2026.

By accessing or using FollowTo (followto.io), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). FollowTo is operated by Innocode Ventures. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The FollowTo website, dashboard, API, and all associated services at followto.io.
  • Organizer: A user who creates communities and events on FollowTo.
  • Attendee: A person who RSVPs to an event hosted on FollowTo.
  • Community: A public page at followto.io/{slug} created by an organizer.
  • RSVP: A registration for an event, submitted through a FollowTo event page.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@followto.io of any unauthorized access.

3. Organizer responsibilities

As an organizer, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your community and event information.
  • Obtaining lawful basis for processing attendee data you collect via RSVP forms.
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA) for the data you collect.
  • Not using exported attendee data for purposes unrelated to your event or community.

4. Attendee data and OTP confirmation

Attendees who RSVP provide name, email, and optional fields. A 6-digit OTP is sent to confirm their RSVP. Confirmed attendees are automatically followed as members of the organizer's community. Attendees may cancel their RSVP at any time using the cancel link in their confirmation email.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FollowTo to:

  • Create fraudulent events or collect RSVPs without intent to host an event.
  • Collect attendee data for resale, spam, or harassment.
  • Violate any applicable law, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.

6. Plan limits and billing

Plan limits (active events, RSVP caps, export) are enforced server-side and cannot be circumvented. Billing is per-community via Paddle. See our Pricing page for current rates.

7. Data residency

Enterprise communities may select a data region (India, EU, USA, or Japan) at creation. Once selected, the region is permanently locked. FollowTo routes data for that community to the selected regional database. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create on FollowTo (community descriptions, event content). You grant Innocode Ventures a limited license to display, host, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes all your data within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FollowTo is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innocode Ventures disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect damages. See our full disclaimer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
