No verification or endorsement

FollowTo is a platform for communities, events, RSVP collection, ticket checkout, and public discovery.Mantra Solventure does not verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of communities, events, or users listed on the platform. Appearing in discovery results or processing a payment through FollowTo checkout does not mean we endorse or guarantee any organizer, attendee, or event.

Event organizer content

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, community content, refund policies, and RSVP or ticket sales practices. Attendees should exercise their own judgment before registering for events or making payments.

User and organizer fraud

Mantra Solventure is not responsible for fraud, scams, advance-fee schemes, pyramid or investment schemes, non-delivery of paid events, or other misconduct by any user on the platform, whether an organizer or an attendee. You use FollowTo and interact with other users at your own risk.

If you believe someone is committing fraud on FollowTo, report it to abuse@followto.io with the page URL and a short description. We may suspend accounts or remove content but are not automatically liable for losses caused by user misconduct.

Payment facilitation

Where FollowTo enables ticket checkout through PayU or Paddle, we provide payment infrastructure only. The organizer is the seller. FollowTo is not the event provider and does not guarantee that an event will take place, that ticket benefits will be delivered, or that refunds will be issued except as stated on the event page or required by law.

Attendee interactions

Interactions between organizers and attendees occur largely outside of FollowTo's control. Mantra Solventure is not liable for any loss, harm, or dispute arising from events organized through the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mantra Solventure and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of FollowTo or inability to use it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

This disclaimer and your use of FollowTo are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
