Attendees get a 6-digit OTP after submitting. Confirming locks in their spot, whether it is an RSVP or a registration, and auto-follows your community. Pending vs confirmed tracking is built in.

Free RSVP and ticketed registration
Run a coffee meetup with a simple RSVP, or sell tickets with FollowTo checkout (PayU). Share an external payment link for manual collection, or use built-in ticket tiers when you need FollowTo to process payment.
Community follow QR code
Download a labeled QR code that opens your community page so people can follow and get notified about new events. Ready for posters, slides, and print materials.

Generate a separate labeled QR code for each event that links directly to RSVP or ticket checkout. Each download shows the event name and purpose.
Custom sign-up fields

After online Zoom events, FollowTo pulls participant reports and matches guests by email. Google Meet and Teams adapters are planned.
Event photos as public teasers
Upload photos from the event and mark them Anyone. They appear as snapshots on the public event page to entice future attendees.
Gated recordings and full gallery
Add YouTube recordings and an external gallery. They are never shown on the public page; choose followers, registrants, or attendees to control who can view them in Event archive.
Registrant update emails
When you add archive content, optionally email OTP-verified registrants. Pending OTP guests are never emailed.
Past events at a glance
Your dashboard Past tab shows registered, attendees, attendance %, duration, and archive counts per event.
