Refund Policy

FollowTo offers per-community subscriptions (Pro at $9/mo, Enterprise at $19/mo) billed via PayU in USD. This policy describes when refunds are available.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade a community to Pro or Enterprise and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that community. To request a refund, email billing@followto.io with your community name and transaction reference.

Renewals

Subsequent billing cycles (monthly or yearly renewals) are non-refundable. PayU plan payments are manual renewals; your paid period ends on the date shown in Billing. Legacy Paddle subscriptions (if any) can be canceled from the Billing dashboard until the period ends.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law (e.g. EU distance selling regulations, Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019).

Attendee tickets

Ticket checkout for events uses PayU through FollowTo checkout. Refund terms for paid event tickets follow the organizer's policy unless otherwise stated on the event page.

Organizer ticket refunds and fraud

Event ticket refunds are the organizer's responsibility, not FollowTo's, unless required by applicable law. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies only to FollowTo Pro and Enterprise subscriptions, not to event tickets.

If an organizer fails to deliver an event, misrepresents what was sold, or commits fraud, contact the organizer first using details on the event or community page. You may also report the community to abuse@followto.io. FollowTo may suspend the organizer or remove listings but is not automatically liable for organizer misconduct or obligated to refund ticket purchases on the organizer's behalf.

How to request a refund

Email billing@followto.io with your account email, community name, and your PayU transaction ID. We process refund requests within 5 business days.

Payouts

Organizer ticket payouts are governed by our Payout Policy.
