Pricing Policy

FollowTo uses per-community pricing. Each community you create has its own plan: Free, Pro ($9/mo), or Enterprise ($19/mo). You only pay for the communities that need more capacity.

Plan limits

• Free: 1 community, 3 active events, 100 confirmed registrations per event. No CSV export.
• Pro ($9/mo per community): Unlimited communities (each billed separately), 3 active events per community, 500 RSVPs per event, CSV export.
• Enterprise ($19/mo per community): 10 active events, 1,000 RSVPs, CSV export, unlimited geography, and dedicated support.

Yearly billing saves 20%: Pro is $7.2/mo · billed $86.4/yr per community and Enterprise is $15.2/mo · billed $182.4/yr per community.

Community plan billing

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are processed by PayU in USD. By subscribing, you agree to PayU's terms in addition to these terms.

Paid event tickets

Community plan subscriptions are separate from ticket fees. FollowTo charges a ticket fee only when a guest pays through FollowTo checkout (PayU). Free RSVP events, external payment links, and manually marked payments have no FollowTo ticket fee.

For each ticket sold via FollowTo checkout: 5% + ₹5 per INR ticket or 5% + $0.30 per USD ticket, deducted from your organizer payout. Minimum ticket price is ₹99 or $5.00. See our Payout Policy for settlement timing and payout estimates.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect at their next renewal.

Taxes

Prices displayed may be subject to applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in the EU, etc.) calculated at checkout by PayU based on your billing location.
