Pricing Policy

How FollowTo pricing works for organizers and communities. Last updated: March 2026.

FollowTo uses per-community pricing. Each community you create has its own plan: Free, Pro ($5/mo), or Enterprise ($19/mo). You only pay for the communities that need more capacity.

Plan limits

  • Free: 1 community, 1 active event, 100 confirmed RSVPs per event. No CSV export.
  • Pro ($5/mo per community): Unlimited communities, 3 active events, 500 RSVPs per event, CSV export.
  • Enterprise ($19/mo per community): 10 active events, 1,000 RSVPs, CSV export, and advanced governance controls.

Yearly billing saves 20%: Pro is $4/mo ($48/yr), Enterprise is $15.20/mo ($182/yr) per community.

Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect at their next renewal.

Taxes

Prices displayed may be subject to applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in EU, etc.) calculated at checkout by Paddle based on your billing location.
