This page explains refund responsibility for Hyderabad Dev Community's events and for any paid FollowTo plan applied to this community.
1. Event refunds
Hyderabad Dev Community is responsible for refund terms for its own events, tickets, or paid registrations. When tickets are sold through FollowTo checkout (PayU or Paddle), FollowTo facilitates payment but the organizer remains responsible for refunds unless otherwise stated on the event page. Contact the organizer through this community page for event refund requests.
2. FollowTo platform subscriptions
If the organizer pays for a Pro or Enterprise plan for this community on FollowTo, platform billing and refund rules are governed by FollowTo. This includes the 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment for a community subscription.

3. How to request a platform refund
Organizers may email billing@followto.io with the community name Hyderabad Dev Community and their transaction reference.
