1. Who controls your data

Two parties may process your data in connection with Urban Skill:

Community Organizer (Urban Skill): Decides how attendee and member data collected through this community is used for events, updates, and community management.
FollowTo (platform provider): Hosts this community page, processes RSVPs, stores membership data, and provides security and infrastructure. FollowTo acts as a data processor for organizer-collected data where applicable.

2. Data we collect on this community page

When you visit, follow, or RSVP through this community, we may collect:

Information you provide: name, email, phone (if requested), RSVP answers, follow actions, and messages submitted through event or community forms.
Technical data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and page interaction data.
Cookies and storage: essential session cookies, optional analytics and referral cookies (only after consent), and preference storage. See our community Cookie Policy.

3. How your data is used

To register and confirm event RSVPs, including OTP verification by email.
To add you as a member or follower of this community when you follow or confirm an RSVP.
To send transactional emails such as RSVP confirmations and event reminders.
To show the organizer attendee lists and community insights in their dashboard.
To protect the platform from spam, abuse, and fraud.

FollowTo does not sell personal data or use community visitor data for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on consent (when you RSVP or follow), legitimate interests (security and platform integrity), and contract performance between FollowTo and the organizer. Data is retained while the community remains active or until you request deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Third-party services

Data may be processed by:

Resend for transactional email delivery.
Turso (libSQL) for database hosting.
Vercel for application hosting.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights for data handled for this community, contact the organizer via the community page. For platform-level requests, email privacy@followto.io.

Content on this community page (name, description, photos, events, and links) is created by the Community Organizer. FollowTo hosts the page but does not verify or endorse organizer content. See our community Disclaimer.
